We collect only what we need to build and deliver your page.

What we collect

Your email address — to send your live link, edit link and receipt.
The content you put on your page (names, messages, photo/video links).
An optional reply email on "ask" templates — so we can tell you when someone taps Yes. It is never shown on the public page.
Payment references from Razorpay (order and payment IDs). No card or UPI details.

How we use it

Only to provide the service, send transactional emails and handle support or refunds. We do not sell your data or send marketing without consent.

Who we share it with

Razorpay (payments), our email provider (to deliver emails) and our hosting/database providers, each only as needed to run the service.

Payments

Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd., a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your card, UPI or bank details go directly to Razorpay and are never seen or stored by us. Razorpay's own privacy policy applies to the data you give them.

Cookies

Customers are not tracked with cookies — there are no accounts and no advertising trackers. A login cookie is used only for our own admin staff.

Storage & security

Data is stored in encrypted, access-controlled cloud databases and served over HTTPS. Your private edit link acts as a password for your page, so keep it private.

Retention & deletion

Published pages go offline when their plan ends. Payment records are kept as required by Indian tax law. Email support@example.com to have your page and personal data deleted sooner, or to get a copy of what we hold about you.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Grievance officer

In line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, questions or complaints about your data can be sent to our grievance officer, Wishes, at support@example.com. We respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
